Dear Self, I Love You.

What makes loving oneself so difficult? It may be because we were bred in a world that did not taught us to love ourselves. Some may dismiss self-love as unimportant, but it is one of the most crucial matters you can do for yourself.

Acceptance of oneself isn't always easy.

Embracing your mental anguish and letting yourself to be open and honest is a huge change toward self-love.Bearing a lot of unpleasant emotional responses such as envy, anger, and fury can be detrimental. We must start to tolerate not only the feelings which lead to love, happiness, and serenity in our life, but rather the ones that lead to dread, anxiety, and rage.

We choose love the same as we choose rage, bitterness, or anguish. Once we forgive, we can truly heal from it. So forgive yourself.

Always keep in mind that we have the option of choosing love.

Many people believe that self-love is self-centered. A resounding no!

This not only strengthens your bond with yourself, but it demonstrates others how to love you.

For a long time, I believed that self-love was a feeling I had solely for myself. Now that I've learnt my lesson, I'm ready to go on. It's a lot more than just a sensation. Self-love is a skill that needs to be developed. It's a manner of valuing oneself and treating yourself with respect and care.

Self-love will empower you to see beyond things that don't benefit you and create room for things that will help you blossom. Once you actually value yourself, you make wise decisions rather than harmful. People-pleasing is a futile endeavor. You will cease worrying about how much people liked or approved of you as you learn to love and respect yourself more. You stopped doing things for the sake of being liked. You will be able to be more true and genuine to yourself as a result of this.

Here are some things to consider when it comes to self-love:

📌It is accepting responsibility for your own views and opinions and resisting to be manipulated by others in order to appease them.

📌It is about forgiving and accepting yourself for all of your beautiful and less-than-wonderful characteristics.

📌It is taking the time to nurture your mind, body, and spirit.

📌It is taking courage to believe that you can achieve and create the life you desire.

Growing your understanding, your vision of yourself and your existence until it is the most true picture of who you are and who you want to be in your incarnated human form is the purpose of your life. If you don't love yourself, how can you expect to do much? You'll never be satisfied with anything. Then you'll spend your days looking for, yearning for, and wishing for something.

Making a billion dollars is not your life's goal. It's probable that what I'm going to say may spark debate: the goal of your life is to love yourself—to uncover all that you have, develop something you love, and love whatever you created. So let go of your guilt and embrace a solid, deep connection with yourself.

Now is the moment to act.

LOVE YOURSELF.
